The aims of WILDCRAFTED HERBAL PRODUCTS are to provide natural, high quality pure and effective Skin Care Products, Personal Care and Therapeutic / Herbal Products that are safe, effective and environmentally friendly.
With these aims in mind, we choose to:

Use ingredients that are non-toxic to living things. We add only whole, pure and natural ingredients, such as essential oils and herbal extracts, to our natural cream, lotion, clay and mineral salt bases. We also prefer to use herbs, essential oils, tinctures and extracts, that have been extracted by processes that do not alter their natural chemical composition and are sourced from organically grown plants.

Use Aromatherapy oils and medicinal herbs primarily from commercially grown crops, because of the threat that indiscriminate wild harvesting presents to natural ecosystems and endangered species, although wild harvested plants are often preferable because of their superior nutritional and healing properties. For example, we choose to NOT include Rosewood Oil in our formulations because of the impact the harvesting of this tree has on rainforest ecosystems.

Promote awareness of the natural environment and the impacts that the activities of human beings have upon it and how we can minimize these impacts by the ways we chose to live on a day to day basis. For example, we have chosen to provide most of our products in recyclable glass jars and bottles and some in recyclable plastic containers.

In addition, none of our products are tested on animals. Wildcrafted Herbal Products do not use SLS or GMO's in any of our products. So, when we say NATURAL skin care products, we really mean Natural Skin Care Products

3. STORAGE AND CARE OF PRODUCTS
To ensure that all Wildcrafted Herbal Products maintain their purity and effectiveness for as long as possible we suggest that our customers follow our basic storage suggestions.
STORAGE SUGGESTIONS
Keep products out of direct sunlight and away from heat.
Lids should be put back onto jars and bottles immediately after each use.

6. ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS
At Wildcrafted we strive to provide products that have a minimal impact on the environment throughout the course of their creation, from formulation to blending and to supply to the customer. For this reason we have avoided using plastic packaging as much as possible and keep the paper component of our packaging at a minimum.
Although we acknowledge that wild harvested medicinal plants may be of a superior quality, we choose to source our herbal extracts and essential oils from commercially grown crops (preferably organically or bio-dynamically grown) rather than from wild harvested plants. This is our small contribution to help minimise the impact that commercial wild harvesting now has on endangered plant and animal species and on the natural environment.
7. PRICES
Whilst we aim to maintain stable product prices, these may change without notice. Fluctuations in the Australian Dollar against the US Dollar may cause prices to vary slightly between currencies.
8. SUPPLY OF GOODS
i) Wildcrafted Herbal Products reserves the right of refusal to supply goods where orders are not paid for as required.
ii) Wildcrafted Herbal Products aims to supply goods within the stated time frames when ever possible. However, customers should note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be advised as soon as possible of any potential delay in the delivery of ordered goods.
9. ALLERGIES OR ORTHER ADVERSE REACTIONS TO PRODUCTS
Wildcrafted Herbal Products are hand-made to the highest standard, using pure, natural and organic ingredients with the aim to provide safe, effective and natural products to our patients and the public.
