Rosemary

(Rosmarinus officinalis)

     Rosemary is a small herbaceous shrub that produces pale blue flowers along its branches. It is another member of the extensive Labiateae Family and is a popular cooking herb.

     Essential oil of Rosemary is extracted from the above ground parts of the plant by steam distillation and has a strong and penetrating herbal aroma.

 

Uses in Natural Skin Care:
