Step 1

Once you have selected your product and wish to add it to your shopping cart. Click the 'Buy Now' link on the price list and you will then see the screen to the right of this text.

You are now in our shopping cart, where your order is added to and totaled as you go.

It will show you what you have added and give you the price of your selection in Australian dollars.

Irrespective of whether you are using the International or the Australian Price List, the dollar value at this stage will be AUSTRALIAN Dollars.

At the bottom of the first page, you will see the following

1. You must select from the drop-down menu whether you are purchasing products from within Australia or Outside Australia.
2. Once you've made this selection, click on the 'RECALCULATE' Button and a new Total will be calculated. (If you are purchasing products from within Australia, this total will not change as at this time we are not charging Postage and/or Handling for orders within Australia.)
3. You can also click 'CONTINUE SHOPPING' which will return you back to the price list page, where you can add the next item to your shopping cart by clicking the Buy Now link to the right of the price.

Note: Please click the RECALCULATE button before you go on to 'GO TO PAYMENTS' just to make sure all your selected items are in fact included. This should not be necessary, but a 'just in case' step.

Once you have completed your shopping you are now ready to click on the 'GO TO PAYMENTS' Button.

 

Step 2

You will now be presented with an updated page, listing all your selections and a total which includes postage and handling.

 

Billing Details

Under 'Billing details' is a form, which you need to complete. This form merely asks for your name, address, phone number and email, so that we know where to send the products to and can get in touch with you, in the rare event that there is some sort of a holdup with supplying you with the products you've ordered.

After filling in the details, please check all the information you have entered carefully and if they are correct, click the 'CONTINUE' button at the bottom.

If not, now is the time to correct them.

 

 

Below the Billing details, there is another section to this form headed 'Shipping address (if different from the billing address)'.

Please leave this section blank, as we do not send orders to addresses other than your residential or business address, and will not send orders placed in Australia to an other country overseas.

Once you've completed the form, click the 'CONTINUE' button.

Please Note:

You may also select the 'check box' to make the shopping cart remember you and your basic details. This is a time saving option that will automatically fill in your 'Billing details' every time you enter the shopping cart from our web site.

 

 

Step 3

Here you will see a new screen, detailing your order and the address to which your order will be sent.

 

If any of the details are incorrect, you will need to click the 'Back' button on your browser bar, however, usually this does not work and you will need to start the process again. So it really pays to check the details at the time of filling in the form in Step 2.

 

Once you are satisfied that all the information is correct and that all the products you have put into your shopping cart are listed, you can click the 'CONTINUE' button and proceed to the next step.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 4

Don't be alarmed because the colours have changed.

We use 2CO (2checkout.com) for the processing of all credit cards.

The reason we do this is because 2CO is one of the largest (2^nd largest) payment processing companies in the world and is totally secure, virtually eliminating the risk often associated with making purchases over the internet.

Notice the flags at the top of the page? These flags are currency converters and if you wish to convert the total, which is in Australian Dollars to your currency, for example US Dollars, you can do so by clicking the relevent country's flag. Your purchase will then be in the currency of your choice and no longer in Australian dollars.

If you do use one of the flags to change the currency from Australian dollars to the one of your choice, you will get a refreshed screen showing the details in your chosen currency.

Then, click on the 'SAVE AND CHECK OUT' button to complete your purchase. Once you've clicked this you will get another screen, which asks you to click a button to continue to finalise your transaction.

 

Step 5

This screen is a confirmation screen and you can choose to either go back and revisit the previous step, or click on 'CONTINUE'.

 

 

 

 

Step 6

Here you provide 2CO with your credit card details. Please be very careful as you fill this in and make sure you provide the required information.

Double check the Card Expiration Date, Card Number and the 3 or 4 digit code on the back of your card.

Once you've checked that all the information you have provided is correct, click on the 'COMPLETE ORDER NOW' button.

 

That's all there is to using our shopping cart. Remember that you can stop the process at any time prior to clicking 'COMPLETE ORDER NOW', by quiting your browser OR closing the window(s).
