How to Order, Payment Options & Shipping Details
Payment Options for Australian Customers
Customers within Australia have the option to pay for their orders by: (Click on your prefered option to see details)
- Postal Money Order
- Bank Cheque
- Direct Deposit (please send us an email stating your intention to use Direct Deposit as your payment method. In the email please list the items you whish to purchase, we will then send you our banking details together with a total price for your order including postage & handling.
OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
At this stage, our overseas customers pay for their orders by credit card only.
POSTAL MONEY ORDER or BANK CHEQUE PAYMENTS
If you wish to pay by Postal Money Order or Bank Cheque you will need to email (wildcrafted[at]wildcrafted.com.au), Phone (+61 2 4567 8765) or post the details of your order to us at:

IMPORTANT - Please make any Bank Cheques or Money Orders payable to:
Wildcrafted Herbal Products
The details you send us should include:
- The product code(s) and/or full name(s)
- The quantity of each you wish to purchase
- Your preferred method of payment
- The total cost of the items you wish to purchase, plus $9.50 for postage and handling
- Your Postal Money Order or Bank Cheque for the total amount needs to be made out to Wildcrafted Herbal Products
- Please include your name and contact details, including an email if you have one.
- The delivery address to which your order should be sent.
Advise us if you wish receipt of your order and payment to be confirmed.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
As soon as an order is lodged and payment is received (and cleared in the case of bank cheque payments) your order is packed and shipped out.
AUSTRALIAN CUSTSOMERS: Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be processed.
OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS: Please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to be processed.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that products are securely packed to prevent breakage, it is possible that damage may occur en-route. Should you receive a damaged item please contact us immediately so that we can replace the item for you. |
