From my own experience of spending many, no too many hours in front of a computer, I know that my eyes do get sore, tired and my vision does deteriorate. Doing my eye exercises helps me on a daily basis to at least slow the deterioration of my vision and reduces the feeling of tiredness and soreness of my eyes to almost nil.
I certainly can attest to the benefits of eye exercises and highly recommend the article written below by Ray Smith. There is some very useful and practical advice that if you follow it will benefit your eyes.
